Keller Regional Detention Facility
Do you have a loved one who was arrested in Keller, Westlake, Southlake, Colleyville, or Roanoke? Chances are they are being held at the Keller Regional Detention Facility.
On April 1, 2007 the Cities of Southlake and Keller entered into an agreement in which the Keller Police Department provides dispatch and jail services for the Southlake Police and Fire Divisions. Since then, all individuals taken into custody by Southlake Police are taken immediately to the Keller Police Department and incarcerated in their holding facility. In 2010, Colleyville joined the consortium and the Communications Center was renamed the North East Tarrant Communications Center or NETCOM.
Since then, other cities have joined NETCOM. The Keller Regional Detention Facility is a holding facility that serves the following cities:

Keller allows inmates to have visitation. Visitation generally occurs from 8pm-9pm, 7 days a week, but is subject to cancellation, without notice, by the jail staff. Since hours may vary, it is recommended to call ahead.
Please note there are visitation requirements:
Visitation is limited to 15 minutes with a maximum of 2 people allowed per visit, per inmate. Visitors must be appropriately dressed, be at least 18 years of age, present a valid driver’s license or state issued identification card and have no outstanding arrest warrants.
Children under the age of 17 may not visit an inmate and children must not be left unattended in the jail lobby or in a vehicle while a parent visits an inmate.
All visitors may be searched prior to entering the visitation room. Visitors are encouraged to call (817) 743-4770 to verify approval.
How to receive a collect call from an inmate?
To receive a collect call from an inmate, please call GTL Advance Pay at 1-800-483-8314 or visit their website at www.connectnetwork.com to set up your collect call account or to learn more. This will allow the inmate to call you on your landline or cell phone from GTL phones provided within our facility.
Once released, prisoners may be picked up in the jail lobby.
